The number of productive Meridian systems which should be able to get access to the Meridian YUM repository to get new packages for installation, bug fixes, security fixes and new Meridian versions.
Self-Support: The customers help each other and can use the TOG provided Connect Platform for collaboration. This support comes with every Meridian Subscription and the Self-Support does not have guaranteed support service level agreements (SLA) and is valid for 1 year and can be renewed.

Prime Support: Customer get support with guaranteed SLA from TOG provided through a Ticketing System. The contract is valid for 1 year and can be renewed.

Ultra Support: Customer get support with guaranteed SLA from TOG provided through a Ticketing System and emergency phone number. The SLA have short response times then Prime Support and provides additionally developer support and a consultant services. Add-Ons
For Prime- and Ultra Support the customer has the option tp add extended 24/7 availability for critical issues outside of standard business hours. This Add-On is not available for Meridian Self Support customers.
